Our Why

Epitomic Branding was founded in 2014 with the sole purpose to assist small to medium sized businesses with their branding requirements. Although we have shifted to only offering digital services, our why hasn’t shifted. We are here for businesses of all sizes – providing quality digital & design work at rates you can afford. We see each client as if they were our only client – this allows them to feel at home, connect with us and get the attention they deserve. 

Our Approach

We prefer being hands-on with our clients and to dissect their digital needs to understand where we can help grow their business. We offer milestones at every stage of the journey to ensure both parties remain 100% on-board with what is happening. View our approach below to understand this better. 

Our Process

01. Consulting

The first step would be to sit down with the client and get a feel for what they want, where they want their brand to go and how they plan to get there. This usually includes mapping out the user journey, setting milestones for the project and establishing the fine details.

02. Build

After establishing what the client is looking for, we go ahead and get cracking! We assess the timelines associated to the project so we stick to deadlines and ensure we deliver the project before the set deadline. We also ensure all the points are covered. 

03. Handover & Reporting

After the project is complete, we meet with the client (either physical meeting or a Skype call) to hand over all the project assets (including login details, hi-res images, etc.) to the client and ensure the client is happy. We also handle reporting post-handover.
